I enjoyed the breathtaking views and found the beach area easy to access. The staff provided great service, ensuring my experience was enjoyable. One night, upon arriving without a reservation, I was seated immediately at a lovely restaurant with a fantastic view, making my dinner memorable. As an art historian from New York, I appreciated the thoughtful design elements throughout my stay.

Not enough outlets in the room made charging devices inconvenient. I would have liked to see more local cultural entertainment during my visit.

Ensure to reserve dining at The Blue Door well in advance, as cancellation due to weather is common and they prioritize other bookings first.

The beach area was fantastic for swimming and snorkeling. The sun beds offered great comfort and were well-maintained. The views of Spinalonga from my room were mesmerizing, making my stay special.

the phaia blue palace offers an incredible gym and hammam, perfect for relaxing after exploring. the beautiful location provides breathtaking views, and i loved the excellent breakfast cocktails. the beach area was well-managed, making it easy to enjoy the sun!

Staff consistently provided exceptional service, always friendly and ready to assist, especially at the beach bar where refreshing smoothies were a delightful treat. On a less positive note, some rooms might benefit from modern updates in their bathrooms, and there were a few inconsistencies with room service timing. However, the overall ambiance and attention to detail made for a memorable stay.

Absolutely loved the breathtaking views from our superior bungalow with a private pool! The staff were super friendly, and we had a fantastic time at the Blue Door restaurant, indulging in delicious Greek cuisine.

However, the room service was like a game of culinary roulette—sometimes delightful, sometimes, well, let’s say fishy! And beware the funicular during peak heat. it felt like sardines in a sauna!

Waking up to the stunning view of Spinalonga Island from my private heated pool was a morning ritual I cherished every day. The attentive staff truly elevated our experience!

Unfortunately, the dining reservations were problematic. we missed our chance to eat at The Blue Door twice due to cancellations caused by inclement weather.
